Existing home sales show a gain!

The national association of Realtors reported that existing home sales are up in this article http://www.realtor.org/RMODaily.nsf/pages/News2009012707?OpenDocument. In Iowa and specifically Cedar Rapids we’ve seen a steady if not increase in home sales mainly due to the floods of 2008 and the loss of homes!
